• Global strategy for advertising campaigns, branding, digital communication, events, PR and CRM
• Close collaboration with the Buying, Retail and VM teams to provide the fashion directions of the group through the brands selection, space management, retail operations, trainings, ect.
• Team management: 25 persons with 10 different nationalities across the region

• Budget/OTB: 30 million Euros per season
• Product mix: buying plan, product selection, sourcing, price structure, volumes, benchmark
• Close collaboration with the Supply chain, Retail, VM and Product Management teams: stock equation, planning of deliveries, reorders, in-season reproduction, customer service, special orders, incentives, trainings, window display planning, store openings, space allocation, ect.
• Team management: 2 associate buyers

• Budget & OTB construction
• Profitability: P&L and KPI reports based on history and forecasts (turnover, margin, sell-out, ect.)
• Product mix: buying plan, products selection, price structure, volumes, benchmark
• Close collaboration with the Supply Chain, Retail, VM and Product Management teams: Stock & deliveries management, rebalancing, reorders, VM analysis, customer service, training books, incentives

• VIP customer management and personalized shopping to achieve sales targets
