esponsible for work such as conceptual studies, cost and planning studies, layouts, design calculations, specification development and supervising vendor packages for equipment and mechanical systems.
•Raise weld traceability and material traceability report and check cleanliness and damage of bores, bevels and face of piping materials.
•Carry out dimensional and fit-up control of piping prior to erection and verifying correct location of permanent piping supports.
•Develop and review of all kinds of engineering deliverables ( Design Basis, Piping Specifications, Mechanical Data sheets, Plot Plans, Equipment Lay out, GADs, Isometric drawings, etc...)
•Assist with training other engineers by providing instruction on new technologies and specialization, as well as to support the development of new
Cary out execution for Pipeline/piping and mechanical facilities construction.
•Review the Construction Contract and identify all the method statements required for the Project in relation to the Testing and Commissioning Works.
•To review EPC requirement such as piping specifications, drawings, material take-offs (MTO's), purchase requisitions and support materials.
•Prepare construction requirement such as design calculations, data sheets, design drawings, prepare purchase requisitions and technical bid evaluations.
•Develop specifications for the design, material selection, procurement, installation, testing, commissioning and operation of the various pipelines in service with Company.
•Maintain pipeline records of all existing pipelines in order to avoid unplanned pipeline crossings, etc.
•Co-ordinate and develop pipeline engineering plans and specifications including pig launchers and receivers, leak detection systems and flow measurements.
•Perform engineering calculations for onshore and offshore pipelines, in accordance with international codes and standards and specific project requirements.
• Provide maintenance scope of work for static and rotating equipment.
•Monitor pneumatic/hydro testing activities, drying, and checking of due temperature of the lines.
•Follow up the EPC jobs such as contractor commissioning preparation, planning, and execution to ensure that the day to day commissioning activities are in hand, and report any contractual non-conformity to the technical manager.

Duties & Responsibilities:
•Review bill of materials by material identification and marking, review punch list.
•Raise weld traceability and material traceability report and check cleanliness and damage of bores, bevels and face of piping materials.
•Carry out dimensional and fit-up control of piping prior to erection and verifying correct location of permanent piping supports.
•Ensure technical integrity through: daily visual inspections, audits, non-conformance, corrective action, and change controls.
•Preparing issue for overall Inspection Status and material quality control.
•Providing and reviewing of Offshore & Onshore Pipeline/Piping Material Specifications (PMS).
•Performing and documenting quality inspections fo, monitoring compliance with all applicable specifications, procedures, and current design drawings.
•To review piping specifications, drawings, material take-offs, purchase requisitions and support materials.
•Participate in HAZOP’s, HAZID and other key design reviews.

•Check for absence of damage on equipment prior to installation.
•Ensure equipment is installed according to the orientation, and sole elevation as specified by drawing and vendor’s installation manual.
•Check for positioning, plumpness, vertically and anti-vibration mountings.
•Ensure pre-alignment and final alignments of rotating equipment (pumps, compressors) are within acceptable specifications.
•Carry out vibration tests on installed rotating equipment.
