Administration
• Maintaining statutory registers as per statutory requirement.
• Responsible for Filing returns and timely renewals of Licenses.
• Responsible for ESIC and PF Statutory compliances

Prepare HR reports and presentation like Manpower reports, overtime reports and late coming reports, absenteeism reports. Preparation of MIS, Manpower Management, Salary and wage administration, Pay Slips, Full and Final Settlement etc.
