2011: Summer Internship in the Marketing Department at Byblos Bank, Lebanon
Worked in Sales/Marketing and Customer Personal Accounts. I assisted the department manager with opening new customers' accounts, explaining all various accounts to new clients, providing answers to customers, and addressing their concerns. Also, worked in the Customer Service Department, scheduled appointments for clients; answered the phones to address clients' questions and resolve their banking related issues. Reviewed customers' data and verified records for accuracy to include address/phone changes. Audited filing system and organized as recommended by the service manager. Trained interns on a rotational basis to help them understanding our bank processes and procedures.
