• Establishing contractual relations with stake-holders mainly Central Bank of Sudan and Commercial Banks.
• Establishing contractual relations with POS machine vendors.
• Establishing contractual relations with key clients with mass users.
• Overall management of company activities including the business and IT development, market operations, communication and finance.
Providing consultancy to company's projects in marketing activities and market research to FMCG, telecom and other retail businesses.
• Implement management controls and reporting procedures to ensure having up to date situational awareness of all core issues and operating data pertinent to sound decision making.
• Ensure that the operational policies and procedures of the Company provide for legal and ethical compliance with all regulations, laws and good operating practices and liaison with the Governing Bodies including the National, UN, African Union and the Arab League Postal authorities.
• Ensure that the operational policies and procedures are effective and efficient in achieving the strategic goals of the Company.
• Ensure high quality services are extended to the customers; their needs are effectively communicated and met and their complaints are resolved promptly.
• Communicate with other departments and units within the company effectively and cooperate with them to accomplish the strategic objectives. Provide the necessary researches, studies and/or analysis that assist in the decision making process.
• Ensure that strategies, systems and policies and procedures conform to the best operating practices and of high-quality.
• Study and implement opportunities of business development and new businesses that are in line with the core company strategy.
• Design, implement, and facilitate annual company marketing plan, budget, and to oversee company communication plan.
• Plan and administer company Marketing Operations budget.
• Discuss and approve agreements with media agents for translation of marketing plans.
• Set the standards for external communications and systems, and participate in setting internal communications and systems for effective message delivery externally and internally.
• Build and develop a competitive marketing team which is competent, commercially astute, dedicated and efficient to achieve company business plan.
• Encourage all company’s members to create new ideas for growth opportunities.
• Support business development activities and help establish strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Ensure customer relations are well maintained and their needs and complaints are well attended to.
• Establish sales budgets.
• Arrange for training for sales employees.
• Create sales data and marketing information for use in developing marketing and sales strategies and evaluation of performance.
I established the company in 2006 with the main objective of providing companies operating in Sudan with the necessary support to make informed decisions and to further enhance it with marketing activities.
Business line include research, developing marketing plans and execution:-
Research- retail audits, coverage, market availability, market size, market intelligence pricing, perception, media, usage, regulations etc.
Marketing activities- sampling, in store activities, events, road shows, media selection, media follow-ups, media agents’ liaison, PR activities etc.
Main clients include Telecom and FMCG such as Zain, MTN, Nestle, BIC, PETRONAS, LG and others.
The company is the agent and imports and distributes various major FMCG brands to the local retail and wholesale market such as Nestle, Reckitt Benckiser, BIC, Toshiba Battaries, Linette and others.
Responsible for all the marketing activities of the company. Company produces and markets flour, pasta, powder milk mainly but also imports and sells a wide range of food products
Provided marketing advise and market studies during the vacations of the MBA program to the Atlas Trading Co. Ltd. Khartoum/Sudan (The sole agent in Sudan of Nestle, Bic, E-Merck, Pharmacia, FMC, General Electric and some other major International Producers).
Developing and implementing new Sales Strategy.
Supporting employee and customers with Training Sessions.
Negotiating and concluding Local and International Sales Contracts.
Managing company’s aviation operational facilities and joint ventures, and co-ordinating supplies.
Responsible for Environment Health and Safety (EHS) for aviation facilities and personnel.
Mentoring aviation staff objectives, training and development.
Responsible for aviation marketing budgets.
Negotiating and concluding Sales Contracts.
Co-ordinating with Mobil International Aviation and Marine Inc. (MIAMI) Fairfax/USA.
Co-ordinating with concerned departments for product supply and quality.
Responsible for aviation and marine sales objectives.
Investigating and reporting suffering and defective areas in aircrafts using NDT techniques.

This two year Fachhochschule Pforzheim program had provided me with a much needed exposure to cross cultural relations and functions. The program included intensive projects and was instructed by key persons in major international organizations such as Daimler Benz, McKinsys, PWC, SAP, Siemens and others in addition to the extremely reputable and experienced faculty of the university. To spend two years in Germany and having to deal and interact daily with my fellow students who came from different parts of the world including Germany, USA, India, China, Mexico, Turkey, Russia, Vietnam and to have to jointly work in teams was an exceptional and most rewarding experience. In addition to the very rich academics provided by the university I came to learn the importance of understanding and respecting the different views of others and to appreciate issues related to time, culture, quality and technology. The program was intensive and thoroughly covered areas of economics both micro and macro, different aspects of accounting and finance, MIS, project management, hr, marketing and management with live examples and real time case studies.
