Monitoring and implementation of Aftersales Dealer Operation Standards (AS-DOS) in all sections as per Nissan guidelines & procedures as well as Body & Paint Dealer Operation Standards (BP-DOS). Also includes consistent progress update and documentations.
Coordinates with main office for all matters related to AS-DOS, BP-DOS, KAIZEN, 5S, KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and Trainings.
Establishing standard procedures in conformance with the global Nissan Standards in coordination with the respective section supervisors, documentation of job descriptions, as well as maintain and update quality documents per section.
Monitoring and recording manpower training profiles and identify training/s requirement in coordination with the Workshop Incharge.
Assist in review and screening of credentials and applications for manpower employment.
Preparation of annual performance appraisal of staffs in coordination with section heads.
Handles management and KPI performance reports preparation & all other documentations.
CSI result monitoring. Assist in the formulation of action plans for any target underachievement on the CS criteria.
Maintain and update training programs and schedule in coordination with the Technical Dept.
Make correspondences for all incoming training memos and letters.
Organize needed materials for the training as per the Trainer’s and trainees requirements.
Taking full responsibility of the Service Department Administrative matters in the absence of the department administrator.
Coordinates with Nissan Middle East, FZE whenever necessary.
Overall monitoring of the entire section to ensure that documented procedures are strictly implemented and followed.
Preparation of Monthly Production Forecast, including raw and packaging materials requirement.
Daily monitoring of Section’s performance / achievements vs. targets and preparation of KPI Monthly Report and assessment.
Identify root cause/s for any shortfall on the section’s key objectives and formulate corrective actions, and closely monitor effective implementation so as to ensure recovery/ target achievement.
Preparation of section’s weekly production schedule for around forty (40) nos. production staffs with two(2) shift supervisors, including product line production based on the product requirements.
Checking / review of the Daily Production Reports of the section before submission to the Department Head.
Coordinate with other sections / departments and report concerns of the section during Monthly Coordination Meetings.
Preparation of section’s Bi-monthly Expenses Report pertaining to manpower cost and production output.
Conduct training / orientation for new employees assigned at the section.
Documentation of procedures & work instructions within the section, ensuring that the same is being strictly implemented on the floor.
Take full responsibility of the section during Internal & External Audits.
Conducts manpower evaluation and performance appraisal, semi - annually.
