• Responsible of all sales activities in the regions including indirect sales, retail shops and corporate account managers
• Setting up Regional distribution plans, Follow up implementation and correct any variances to ensure effective execution and achieving designated targets
• Manage and lead all Sales team within my area of responsibility
• Responsible of creating and maintaining good relations with local authorities in their prospective regions and utilizing these relations for the benefit of Zain.
• Responsible of identifying, reporting and follow up Network issues until resolved
• Design and follow up the designated strategy executed by indirect team to ensure product availability at Distribution Channels and efficient dealer performance
• Responsible of managing the Regional Supervisors in their prospective regions and ensuring accomplishment of their work duties based on the Commercial and Technical needs for each Region.
• Responsible of identifying opportunities, coordinating and execution of Zain's PR and CSR activities in the Region.
• Responsible for comprehensive tackling of NW issues, follow up closely with concerned parties to ensure killing these issues quickly to maintain stable NW
• •Responsible of resolving all taxes and claims issues presented by local authorities in the Regions in align with legal department
• Responsible of maintaining good relations with key Dealers in the regions and addressing any issues or concerns of performance.
• Assist Indirect Sales team to assess and review performance of DSOs according to process identified with the Indirect Sales team.
• Responsible of supporting the Marketing team in the regions by providing necessary information that will enable Marketing to set relevant strategies to each region. Support to the Marketing team will take the following form.
• Responsible of paying frequent tours to the regions to ensure first-hand experience on the performance in the regions.
• Lead, manage and motivate Sales team staff under my management and create a high achievement and high performance culture.

• Lead effective execution of the Marketing and Sales Plan and collection of relevant Sales and Marketing information to facilitate regular monitoring and tracking of progress and achievements of Zain and the stand of the competition in the Region.

• Manage and coordinate the Marketing and Sales team effort across the marketing mix to deliver an integrated plan of agreed Sales/service enhancements, new product/service launches, development of best in class “fit for purpose” customer communication and marketing support materials, reflection of the agreed brand values across the product/service range and product positioning strategies and plans to maximize profitability.

• Perform challengingly to meet duties and targets for staff and manage day-to-day activities, overseeing integration of activities and resolving escalated issues in the Region.

• Be fully accountable for delegated budgetary management and control across the Marketing and Sales team, monitoring and reporting variances to HQ and ensuring expenditure is effectively authorized and managed.

• Ensure processes are in place to enable effective communication across Marketing and Sales to create a well-informed and motivated team
• Planning, Leading and executing PR and CSR activities and utilize these activities for the best interest of the company
• Facilitate Contractors requirement and mission to enable them to execute their designated tasks smoothly
