Working as part of a team in involved in providing a very high standard of specialist dietetic services in the community to patients & cares. Helping to translate the science of nutrition into everyday understandable information about food.
Duties:
•Supervising all slimming team..
•Helping clients to make informed & practical choices about their food & health.
•Advising healthcare professionals, dietitians, physiotherapist,
•Assessing, treating and evaluating patients referred to the Dietetic Service.
•Ensuring that each patient has an individually tailored care plan to meet their needs.
•Involved in the dietary treatment of disease and health conditions.
•. Undertaking comprehensive assessment of a patients’ nutritional condition.
•Writing reports and discharge summaries about patients for GPs. Instructing patients and careers clearly on what to eat and when. Involved in the formulation of departmental policies, standards and procedures. Contacting patients on an outpatient basis to ensure compliance of diet. Managing the weight of overweight patients. Collecting patient data for surveys, analyzing it and producing reports.
•Winning Best Slimming Head in 2016 .
Ensure timely completion of Zero Session as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- planning a weight management/slimming program for each client:
- Conduct/evaluate dietary studies and other food and nutrition-related research on instructions from ATH /
food service in the kitchen, distribution of meals depending on medical cases .
•diet and nutrition assessment specified to patient
•supervise patient progress
•Responsible of Receiving and Inspection.
•Responsible of food quality and Hygiene (kitchen and grooming)
•Responsible of the shift operation.
•Daily visit to patients
KEY SKILLS
•Clinical knowledge of specialized dietetic products and medications.
•Talk show live with Aljazeera ( aljeem Tv Qatar )
•Lecture in many public, private schools and ministries
of trialing and evaluating new and existing dietetic products. Experience in both hospital and community settings.
