Introduction: This section was created after a major restructure, decentralizing operation among regions. The CAPEX still need to be centralized and due to complication of structure the section is responsible of coordination between Top Management, PMO, Region, Accounting & Finance, IT, (managers), Contractors and suppliers Responsible of:  Supporting developing Sudatel Group (nationally/ internationally) strategy, implementation and limitations. Supporting Sudatel Group strategic projects feasibility Assessment, finance plan, cash flow requirement and following Strategic projects approvals. Aligning Programs and projects implementation procedures with Sudatel Group strategic perspective. Controlling & optimizing Programs and projects implementation schedules - Cost - scope, ensuring all resources are available and integrated Working with the project managers to clear the strategic requirements for products & services, highlighting risks on projects Creating new vendors and contractors qualification procedures, assessment, managing fair contracts distribution and following procurement, supplies, purchasing orders and inventory distribution. Coordinating programs and projects handover to different departments checking the operation quality and solution results. Controlling mile stones on Contracts implementation. Reviewing the feasibility of implemented projects with pre‐determent project objectives. Preparing necessary reports following different milestones - financial - cash plan - change orders -contracts approval - providing the best solutions to accomplish the programs/ projects.
