• Operates the department within budgetary guidelines and is responsible for annual budget, periodic review, re-forecasts and summaries
• Oversee the review and implementation of the annual benefit programs open enrolment process and the annual total compensation review.
• Administer competitive total rewards strategies, including compensation, benefits, retirement, engagement and other work experience programs, that are cost effective and consistent with labor market trends and organizational objectives.
• Assisted with the administration of compensation plans, which included bonuses, cash incentives for home offices and executive programs.
• Ensure compliance with all governmental regulations related to compensation and benefits programs.
• Implement the compensation function for the entire company across multiple locations, including grading and compensation analysis for new roles, data analysis, and total rewards strategy execution
• Partner with Employee Success to execute annual benefits renewal and open enrolment to support the overall total rewards strategy
• Support the annual year-end compensation planning and data refresh
• Coordinate the annual review of sales incentive plans to drive timely design, approval and roll-out of the plans. Measure effectiveness of plan design
• Works closely and develops positive working relationships between Total Rewards and other departments, with help provide the information and assistance needed to our employees
• Perform periodic reporting to ensure fair and equitable treatment of all employees
• Maintain & Monitors HRIS with accurate and up-to-date role and compensation information to ensures optimum staffing for Total Rewards.

• Works at the Total Rewards counter to assist with information and promote the benefits of the Total Rewards Program.

• Responsible for HRIS: Maintain the HR information system/database to ensure the integrity of personnel records by updating any changes. Regular contacts with IT staff on the technical aspects of the database operations.
• Act as the formal channel of HR internal communication to announce any HR events/activities, transfers, official holidays etc… to the company.
• Works with the HR team and management on ad hoc projects;
• Assists in HR administrative tasks, as needed.
