Daily auditing for the quality of work by monitoring delivering the Services by Service provider to achieve the Keep performance indicator as per contract Agreement with Clients, (KPI Performance).
Good and practical knowledge in Fire Fighting systems and fire alarm systems (Electrical Fire pumps, Jockey Pump, Diesel Pump, Fire Alarm control Panel, Etc.).
Monitor the Preventive maintenance work by the SP in order to meet the International standard Level & recommendation manufacture, (Seasonal Preventive Maintenance, HVAC, Electrical, Building Fabrics, etc. with all the frequencies as per contract agreements.
Conducts audits inspections to ensure security system complied with Plan and raise any corrective action if occurred (Security, Fire Wardens, Attendances, Patrolling, Logbooks, Key Management system, etc.).
Low Current systems such as public address, CCTV, Class Change over Bell, Access Control, Security Gate Barrier, Microphones, etc.
Duct and insulation work such as Aluminum insulation, Canvass insulation, Etc.
Building Fabric System such as internal and outdoor painting, vinyl flooring, Hardware systems, etc.
Mechanical systems such as domestic Pumps and irrigation systems with network, All types of Valves, Drainage systems, Etc.
Landscape Skills such as Seasonal Plantation, Fertilization, green waste removal, Cultivators stir and pulverize soil, etc.
High Skills and knowledge about the CAFM systems from (Service request, SLA, PPM, Priorities).
Checking all the consumables and spare parts according to the approved specifications.
Checking all the tools which the IFM using at site according to the Safety standard and regulations.
Ensure IFM implementing the procedures of PTW with all details. (Normal Permit and Hot Permit, LOTO Procedures).
Good Knowledge in Indoor air Quality and Water Analysis.
HSE Procedures are implemented according to Mace HSE Standard. Contract reviews for the specialized subcontractors.

Duties and responsibilities:
- Coordinating night-time freight operations and maintenance.
- Maintaining regular contact with major customers accounts.
- Managing large and distribution of work force.
- Ensure all implemented tasks are within targeted budgets and completed
without any delay.
- Ensure all work environment are safely for our Teams and Implement all
HSE procedures according to our Company.
- Implementing new processes and procedures.
- Ensure the Electrical works are followed as per approved shop drawings
specifications and project quality plan
- Supervise and Quality Control with accordance and compliance of code and
standards governing for each daily activity
- Prepare Request for Inspection (RFI) in the completed work with the attach of
approved shop drawing
- Arrange final inspections with the consultant in the submitted Request for
Inspection (RFI) and Material
- Attend site coordination meetings with subcontractors.
Courses included: Math’s, Physics, electronics, English, and computer Methodological basics.
