As a Projects Manager with Morganti, Emad was responsible for managing, consulting, monitoring,
estimating, and dealing with clients, sub-contractors, and vendors. This included ensuring that all projects
were delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget, while also overseeing the development of
detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.

Finally, Emad managed changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using
appropriate verification techniques, while also establishing and maintaining relationships with third
parties/vendors and creating comprehensive project documentation.

A- Responsibility: parcel 4.12 manager ( high rise building )
parcel 4.12(450 million SR parcel value ) has post tension core wall & post tension slabs, tower (A) residential tower 28 levels & 5 basements, Tower (B) offices tower 12 levels & 5 basements, complicated construction system and special finishing items .
(structural, finishing & MEP construction work management under my responsibility )

parcel 4.06 (445 million SR parcel value ) high rise building has mix tower, 34 levels & 5 basements, inclined building design with inclined circular columns

As the Parcel 4.12 Manager, he was responsible for overseeing the construction of a high-rise building in
the King Abdullah Financial District in Riyadh with a parcel value of 420M SAR (~112M USD). This
included managing the structural, finishing, and MEP construction work and ensuring that the project was
completed on time and within budget.

Prior to this, he oversaw the construction of a high-rise building with a parcel value of 500M SAR (~133M
USD). This included managing the structural, finishing, and MEP construction work for the building, which
featured a mixed tower design, 34 levels, and 5 basements, as well as unique inclined circular columns
that required special attention, proper planning, and coordination.

Responsibilities: supervisions on water & sewerage contracts
Ductile & Polyethylene pipe line primary lines and house connection executing

As a Site Engineer in the water and sewerage industry, his responsibilities involved overseeing contracts
related to the installation and maintenance of pipelines. One of Emads primary duties was managing the
installation of primary pipelines using Ductile and Polyethylene pipes. These pipes were crucial for
ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of water and waste throughout the system.

In addition to supervising the installation of primary pipelines, he was also responsible for ensuring that
house connections were executed successfully. This involved coordinating with contractors to ensure that
connections were made properly and in compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
