o My main responsibilities are the whole life cycle of Yakeen projects, starting from sales support for new Yakeen opportunities, going through the project life cycle with new contracts and finally delivering a customized Yakeen product solution for the client.
o Yakeen product is a major player in the e-government solutions.
o Also, responsible of developing new solutions and advantages of Yakeen product with full ownership on team members.
o Have the opportunity to work with major government and semi-government organizations such as Yesser, Ministry of Finance, Public Pensions Agency, CITC, Ministry of Higher Education, Ministry of Health and Ministry of Education.
o Also, have the opportunity to work with major private and banking sectors organizations, such as STC, Mobily, Al Rajhi Bank, Aramco, Tawuniya Insurance and SABIC.

Deployment and Configuration Manager at Al Inma Bank

• March 2008 - December 2008:
o Worked in IT operations department, in a system and operation supervisor position.
o My main responsibilities were, managing, monitoring and initiating the operations and establishing processes for the new projects for bank systems.
o Implementing procedures and work flow for new projects, leading the operation team in SARIE (The Saudi Arabian Riyal Interbank Express) system and coordination with SAMA (The Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency) for the implementation of the banks systems.
o SARIE service was the first official SAMA bank service that went live for Al Inma bank and I was the project manager of the service for the operation department.
o Worked on creating Al Inma operation polices and structure.

• January 2009 - March 2010:
o Worked in IT deployment department, as IBM Rational Tools Administrator for the bank and configuration management.
o My main responsibilities are, administrating and coordinating with vendors to establish and develop new and current system applications for the handover of all related documents and components to the bank.
o Administrating and working on ClearQuest and ClearCase applications that are the main core of handling deployment stage of projects.
o Worked side by side with SIT testing team for (retail and corporate internet banking and mobile banking).
o Created test plans that identify all testing activities and requirements, and communicate them with proper external parties.
o Applying quality assurance polices on new tested application and systems.
o Write all types of test cases and test scripts, and communicate them with Test Engineers.
o Administration on HP Quality Center application which is a QA tool that manages test scenarios and provides leveraging consistent, repeatable and standardized software quality processes.

Operations Executive at Al Elm Information Security

• January 2007 - August 2007:
o Worked in business support and operation executive position for Yakeen.
o My main responsibilities were managing, monitoring and initiating the operations, coordination between customers and development team and establishing Yakeen services, collecting and analyzing statistics and monitoring the implementation of the service at customers’ HQ. Show direct support to the customer for in development and implementation stages of the service. And direct service operation support.
o Co-managing Yakeen service for STC (Saudi Telecom Co.) project as one of the major projects for Yakeen service which was done successfully with a full connect between STC and Al-Elm. As a result, now any new mobile or line phone subscription request should go through Yakeen before acceptance.

• August 2007 - February 2008:
o Was promoted as a supervisor and team leader position for Muqeem and Yakeen which are the key services for the company.
o My responsibilities were administrating the workflow of the two services’ team, apply quality assurance policy on all procedures and managing the two teams procedures.
o This new position allowed me to have a clearer overview of the two services which allowed me to imply new procedures and functionalities for development purposes for more improvements on workflows and customer satisfactions to reach the top performance with the ease of use for the services.
o Created and developed polices for Yakeen and Muqeem services which included operation procedures, service requirements, helpdesk support and customer support manuals which was part of ISO 9001 standards. And now Al Elm is an organization that is an ISO 9001 certified.
o Was a part of a team for Yakeen and Muqeem projects that represent the services from each department to have a full overview of the services from all departments.
