o Primary SCCM Administrator/Secondary AD Administrator in Banque Saudi Fransi, Managing all activities related to Configuration manger:
• Managing software distributions for all ATM Machines of the bank through SMS 2003.
• Managing Patch Management for about 700 Windows Servers and 4000+ Windows Client using SCCM 2007 R3.
• Managing Oracle Java software update for all clients and servers using SCUP add-on of SCCM 2007.
• Managing Software Distribution of all required application used by the different business lines in the bank, like NAC, DLP… etc.
• Upgrading and unifying the current configuration management of all Clients, servers, and ATM by upgrading the current systems to the new SCCM 2012 SP1, which will contains CAS site, and 4 primary sites including disaster recovery sites in DRC, the new system will extend the utilization of all available features in SCCM 2012 like OSD, NAP, Compliance setting, Application cataloge...etc.
• Secondary AD Administrator having a very obvious finger print in many incorrect previous settings related to GP, DNS scavenging & aging settings, and DHCP settings.
• Supporting a consolidated Hyper-V environment with 4 nodes having more than 100 VM in production.
• Plans to introduce (as replacement for the current Patrol product) the SCOM 2012 to handle the monitoring of health state of all UAT/production servers.
o Dedicated System Engineer in Microsoft Arabia for SCCM 2007, supporting the Public Sectors and enterprise accounts, My main tasks are:.
Provide On-site Support Services and Incident Prevention Services to Microsoft Premier Customers.
Build a very successful relationship with my customers through the delivery of a high-quality technical engagement in SCCM 2007.
Deliver technical workshops, presentations and documents.
Work with Microsoft support engineers using knowledge of my customer’s environment to accelerate problem resolution.
Uses adequate technical expertise in troubleshooting to support reactive cases.
Maintain deep knowledge of latest products and configurations of Enterprise Customers by continuously increasing technical knowledge.

Deliver timely and high quality incident resolution focusing on root cause analysis, prevention, and knowledge transfer.
