• Excellent written and oral communication skills, including to large audiences
• Communicate effectively with the different teams (business, design, technology, security, legal etc.) to ensure visibility into the department’s direction.
• Communicate the product vision to key stakeholders and interested parties. It is crucial that the business understands the solutions in development to ensure successful delivery.
Product advocate
• Propagate and spread knowledge about the solutions in development to stakeholders and non-stakeholders alike
• Be on top of technology advancements and market realities, and how that will shape the work in progress and how to leverage new technologies in the overall vision of the product

— Provides analytical support for the enhancement and/or development of products, solutions, and services.
— Evaluate competitors marketplace to understand the business environment and competitive landscape of the client
— Coordinate the whole process of delivering e-commerce projects including project requirements, specifications, development, testing, approvals, and trials.
— Act as key analyst informing entire team through regular updates on industry, market, and product trends, existing / emerging competitors and other factors affecting merchants.
— Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating customers' needs and goals.
— Oversee the financial budget for the production and promotional spending to ensure maximum profitability.

— Responsible for expanding the business in new markets and continued expansion among existing clients.
— Build and maintain excellent client relationships.
— Closes new business deals by delivering professional presentations and proposals; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
— Develop business plans for the company that will enhance the smooth running of the organization, product development and product distribution analysis and explore business and market trends.
— Maintain extensive knowledge of current market conditions and stay updated with new technological developments.
