- Introducing Ka-Band payload & Managing the Broadband internet over satellite Joint venture project
- Established and manage new revenue stream by Joint Venture with Satellite to Mobile company (Project of ~ US$200M EV).
- Established a new revenue stream and increased profatibility by Startegic partnership deal of 150 M $ with regional satellite operator
- Established a Strategic partnership with media hubs & Teleports in the Middle East & Europe
- Set up of a Joint Venture agreement to provide New High Definition services over the MENA region
- Created expansion opportunities along the satellite services value chain ( Horizontally & Vertically)
- Founder of, and managing the Strategic Investment RoadMap Project for the organization
- Development of Business case & feasibility for new satellites projects
