o In June 2006, I started my work as “ Quality assurance Manager” at “ Future Card International L.L.C ”, subsidary of “ Emeriates National Plastic Industries ( ENPI ) ”.FCI is a national companey works in the field of Plastic Card manufacturing.and my role is to establish the QA department for the factory from scratch, including:
1) Setup the QA lab.
2)Documentation.
3) Selecting stuff.
4) Plan and manage the whole lab equipment.
5) ……etc
oI participated as a memeber in the committe responsible for qualifing the factory for GSM Accosiation -Security accrediation Scheme ( SAS ).
o I’was repnsible for qualifing the MIFARE cards production for getting Arseanal Institute certification for MIFARE contacless card manufecturers.Companey had the certificate on February 2007.
o I participated in qualifing the factory for Master card quality management requirmet ( CQM ).
o I was leading a group of about 35 persons, including 3 supervisors, 2 online inspectors, 2 lab technicians and QC inspectors.

o In march 2005, “Quality Assurance and Environmental affair Manager”, at “ El Negma manufecturing ”, subsidary of “Electrostar Group”, Egypt. El Negma works in the field of Home appliances manufacturing ( Cookers).
o During my short service at El negma factory, I implemented the “Heavy Metals Sedimentation System”, to clean the wast of the metal cleaning system, prior for powder Coating; before being sent to the public sewage system.
o Also, reconstruction for the chemnies to be of a hight level compatable with the environmental regulatory rules.
o Occupational and savity measures revision and reconestraction in accordance to the regulatory rules.
o Maintenance of the establishment environmental record .
o Planning for hazardous wast material disposal.
o I was leading a group of about 20 persons ( Males with various level of education).

o In July 2005, I started my work as “ Quality assurance Manager” at “ Geam Appliances manufacturing ”.
Geam is a multinational companey works in the field of Home appliances manufacturing (Contact grills, Ovens, …etc) and is a subsidary of the Greek Companey “Mavelec appliances”
o My role was to establish the QA department for the factory from scratch, including:
1) Setup the QA lab.
2)Documentation.
3) Selecting stuff.
4) Plan and manage the hole lab equipment.

o I was leading a group of about 10 persons.

o In July 2004, I started my work as “ Quality Control specialist” at “Aria systems Inc.“ (Software hause).Aria is a multinational companey works in the field of ERP applications for the appearl industry, CRM, SCM, DOF, …etc
o My role was to participate with the testing team of the QA department to test the Aria 4.0 XP;which is the new version of Aria ERP application which is to be release with beginning of 2005.My duties varied between software testing from all aspects, test cases preparation, …etc
o I played the role of the "Co-ordinator" between the QA department and the Process Improvement department.As, I was working independantly and reporting to my QA manager.
o I'was responsible of implementing a system for " Quality Befor Delivery Reporting ".

o In Sept. 2000, I started my work as “ Quality Assurance Manager” at “Cleopatra silicon valley “, subsidary of Group Cleopatra.
o My role was to establish the QA department and the Quality lab of the factory for the purpose of chip cards manufacturing. Including;
1) Setup the QA lab.
2) Test equipments selection.
3) Search for and make contacts with the equipments’ suppliers locally and abroad.
4) Plan and manage the hole lab equipment.
5) Department stuff selection for the work of the lab and for Quality Management.

o In 2003, I was supervising the final card visual inspection crow and the packaging section beside the duties of my work as QA Manager.
o I was leading a group of about 15 persons, including 1 supervisor and inspectors.

o In Nov. 1997, I began my career in the field of Quality assurance (QA), as “Quality Assurance engineer (Physist) “ at the “Egyptian Identity card manufacturing center “ of the ministry of interior in Egypt.
o In Dec. 1997, I toke on-job training at “Giesecke & Devrient GmbH”, Munich and Luiesental -Germany for a period of 3 weeks, in the field of Quality Assurance and Quality control (QC) work for Smart Cards.
o Then I participated in the establishment of the Quality Lab and the QA department of the “Egyptian Identity card manufacturing center “.
o I trained a group of 4 people, university level educated; for Quality Management (QM) and Lab work (QC) for smart cards.
o I participated in and supervised the proofing process in the production of the new ID card of Egypt, which gave me a great experience in how to proof a new product to the market and also working among a team.
o I established a system of “in -process tests registration” and created a relative Database system to reserve the data and data processing.
o Working in a group of 5 persons of unvirsty level qualifications.
