Current Job Responsibility
Responsible for managing & cooperate in all procurement & Project activity Such as:-
Issues foreign and local tenders for required supplies .
Revises all spare parts contracts, purchase orders and payment requests before final approvals
Follows up requisitions, orders and contracts status
Negotiates competitive conditions for all purchases.
Searching markets for new reliable suppliers, evaluating them, and following up their performance.
Establishes and maintains multiyear vendor contracts.
Resolves invoices and purchase order disputes.
Assists departments with establishing bid specifications.
Supervises clerical personnel involved in purchasing functions.
Expected to temporarily perform duties outside of normal ones
Coordinates with finance department regarding suppliers’ requirements.
Attending meeting with stuff & other departments to reach company goals .
Strategic sourcing - identify, select and negotiate with strategically advantages suppliers
Supplier management - develop and manage relationships, manage supplier performance& Control / Improvement
