Chief Accountabilities: Accountable for preparing and processing of management information reports on a monthly/weekly/daily basis, with reference to the required information on covering expenses, bank account status, outstanding to suppliers, settled claims, outstanding claims, and reserves, etc. Proven track record in the formulation of the monthly closing statements, and reporting on weekly cash status. Meticulously analyze monthly balance sheet accounts, and keep financial results up-to-date in a quarterly/annual basis. Entrusted to initialize claim bids for the vehicles ensuring all related issues are quickly resolved; follow up the reclaim collection. Demonstrated excellence in filing monthly/quarterly/annual returns to SAMA; evaluating their supervision fees on a monthly basis, ensuring they are paid within the stipulated time. Proficiently manage the company accounts, petty cash, Visa card, and other payment methods. Oversee the banking and transactions, ensuring payments are properly made to vendors, service providers, dealers, third party administrators, preferred work/body shops within the agreed TAT followed by the inspection of proper documentation from both ends.
Administer the operations related to bank accounts and other financial services. Orchestrate in the preparation of monthly payroll, salary slips, system posting and all transactions, including GOSI. Responsible for estimating EOSB for employees on a monthly basis with the accurate recording; review Medical Insurance premiums of all employees and pass quarterly entries. Responsible for reconciliation of the account with the reinsurance provider on a quarterly basis. Formulation of the consolidated budget and calculation of closing results on a monthly basis. Reviewing and monitoring the market value of investments in equities and passing necessary fair value adjustments on a monthly basis. Coordinate with the specific audit firm pertaining to tax return filing; arrange the reviews and annual audit of the company's financial statements. Administer operations of various accounting controls, ensuring all documents are filed and properly arranged. Revise all supporting documents for the expenses and make sure they are approved by CEO/ CFO prior to processing. Management of shareholder's accounts and generation of monthly general ledger and trial balance. Leadership accountability to manage the entire staff within the assigned division.
