Responsible for creating and maintain project /tender Schedule, ensure identification of long
lead/critical items for (1.5 Billion QR) & 5+ million manhours EPC project. Setting-up
Primavera Project Management System P6 for program management across the planning team
with all stakeholders. Assisting in establishing / delivering formal reporting arrangements on
project progress for the client and project. Reviewing contract documents, suggesting changes
for planning and programming aspects and the addition of new clauses if necessary. Challenge
any claims and EOT requests. Reviewing construction program received from contractors and
analyzing them in line with the contractual requirements. Developing weekly and monthly
progress report protocols / templates for progress reporting and monitoring progress against it.
Ensuring document and information transfer is managed effectively at site level and establishing

Responsible for creating and maintain project /tender Schedule, ensure identification of
long lead/critical items for (7 Billion SR) &7+ million manhours EPC project.
Development, maintenance and upkeeping of various planning systems, work
instructions, standards, statistics and KPI’s. Perform project progress monitoring duties,
including identifying critical activities and reviewing forecasts, with progress achieved
to date. Prepare detailed schedule reports as required (critical path, bassline vs. actual,
earned value look ahead, milestones, etc). Undertake the planning and resource loading
for the assigned work scope(s), giving proactive, effective advice on the feasibility of
plans, the impact of any changes and any required mitigating actions. Undertake lead
planning roles in major projects, coordinating planning interfaces between packs,
supporting the project managers with guidance and advice on.
