I carried out the following Projects as Project Manager: 1- Finishing the Angel Church in Sidi Kreir, Alexandria 2- Finishing the external facades of the International Academic Complex in the New Administrative Capital 3- Interior finishing works for villas in the Stella Di Mare project in Ain Sokhna 4- landscape works in the Hyde Park project in New Cairo.

I worked as a manager of the technical management of the Remco Group of Companies, The group owns a group of tourist villages and hotels that bear the name Stella Di Mare in Egypt. I worked as the main responsible for the following tasks for the size of tourism and residential projects exceeding 10 billion pounds:- Main and  Subcontractor contracts.-  reviewing  and Approving the owner’s invoices and subcontractors’ invoices.- preparing BOQ and Tender Documnets. - preparing project budgets and following them up-  Follow up and Create periodic reports for projects-  following up on schedules and Budget.-  reviewing drawings and customers modifications.- Follow up on supplies and raw material stores.

I was working as a project manager for the finishing project of the 6th of October International Hospital I worked from the start of the project and the architectural modifications until handing over the project to the owner and operating the hospital

This is Stella Di Mare 2 Ain Sokhna resort with Budget = 5.000.000.000 L.E
Critical Duties:
advanced management in all process needed to manage Cost, Time and Quality control.
Supervise and review the preparation of construction method statements with construction personnel
Planning and maintaining project budget and schedules
Take part in the project management review and risk management review
Liaise between the construction and engineering teams ensuring the harmony between engineering team requirements and construction team deliverables
Routine Duties:
Prepare technical material submittals
Attend progress meetings, discuss and suggest technical proposals
Managing the cost analysis and cost control of site activities
Review third-party invoices & client invoices
Follow-up with subcontractors during negotiations and offer award or subcontract terms, performance and payments
Maintaining organized and detailed project records

- i'm senior technical office and planning engineer for program of projects with 1.350.000.000 LE., more than 20 site in different places in egypt, different kinds of projects ( residential housing, Malls, Hotels, Tourist village )
-iam team leader for more than 50 technical office engineer and other employeers staff.
- Study and evaluation of projects.
- Study and implementation planning methods and implementation requirements of materials, labor and equipment and focus on Earned Value Management.
- Analysis of the cost of items and the method of implementation and the duration of the project depending on the circumstances of each project.
- Contracting with subcontractors and follow up the progress of work to the project.
- Action periodic reports of the projects include the completion of the business and compare costs and supplies raw materials and consumption rates.
-Supervising the technical offices in sites and follow-up and review the work of the projects.
- review bill of quantities and shop drawings works.

- it's project of construction 21 Residential building with overall budget 75 million L.E
Job Tasks:
-Prepare shop drawings and as-built drawings.
- Ensure the distribution of the approved shop drawings.
- Study and prepare requests for information for various projects, follow up subcontractor’s progress.
- Review and issue order to pay for subcontractors’ invoices.
- Interact with the Material Engineer regarding the material submittal and specifications, resolving any unexpected technical difficulties, and other problems that may arise.

this is construction project of tourist resort named " STELLA DE MARE SEA VIEW RESORT" in the red Sea in egypt, this is porject of construction of over 2000 unit (villas& shalets), swimming pools, sewage and electricity network, roads and landscape.

I worked as architecture designer, I have designed a lot of Villas, Mosques, residential buildings, offices buildings, and hug Mall in El- Qassuim city.

it is beside the works of analysis, schedule and management of some important projects.

I was work as site engineer in construction project of " church and two residential building in Akhmim City ", then some residential buildings in Sohag El-Gededa city.
