• Following receipt of raw and packing materials from warehouse and inform maintenance department with all machines breakdown.
• Follow Up of receive finished products to warehouse.
• Preparing daily production reports.
• Coordinate with maintenance Manager to follow up maintenance program to keep machines work high efficiency.
• Coordinate with marketing manager to find new raw material good and decreased costs.
• Coordinate with Executive Manager for development of our products and sales plans
• Doing Root Cause Analysis with Quality.
• Control quality for all process like receiving raw material and packing material, raw material addition percentage, and flow condition production process to have saved final products.
• Control until substrates to finished products are produced.
• Quality of storage condition for raw material and finished products.
• Make decision about rework & non conforming products.
• Making experiments to saving cost in raw material &workers &processes.
• Assist &implement hygiene instruction for all production workers.
• Make laboratory analysis, microbiology testes to approved raw material or final products, chemical testes for row material and water analyses.
• Make internal Audits HACCP reports register for Corrective action.
• Received production plane from production manger “daily or weekly” and analysis the production and defined the requirements from raw material &packing material.
• Responsible for the supervision of the production process in practical patrol.
• Following receive the raw material and packing material from warehouse inform min. department with all machines breakdown.
• Following receive finished products to warehouse.
• Following the packaging material during production process.
• Preparing daily production reports.
• Coordinate with production Manager to follow up maintenance program to keep machines work high efficiency.
• Working with quality programs such as ISO & HACCP & GMP
• Control quality for all process like receiving raw material and packing material, raw material addition percentage, and flow condition production process to have saved final products.
