Duties in Brief: To supervise and lead a team of technicians to provide the delivery of an industrial projects at GCC, ensuring that we meet our costumer (P&G, Procter and Gamble) specification.
Working with the breakdown team as an Automation Technician to maintain and troubleshoot any problem accures to the STS and RTG Cranes, RS, TT, and EH Automabiles also.
Duties: Breakdown Maintenance, Troubleshoot Cranes (From ZPMC) & PLCs (from Siemens). Industrial Electrical Maintenance for: STS -Ship to shore and RTG -Rubber Tired Gantry crane. Even RS -Reach Stacker, EH -Empty Handler, TL -Top Loader and TT -Terminal Tractor. Heavy Duty Equipment Maintenance, Troubleshoot, Implement, planning and wiring, including SIMATIC S7400 and S7300 PLCs, ET200, TD17, SIMOVERT and SINAMICS SIMOTION Drives.
In Ships, Asphalt & Concrete Batching Plants, Industries, Buildings, Companies & Houses:
Duties: Industrial Automation, PLC (Siemens, Schneider), HMI, Home Automation, Access Control, Fingerprints, Fire Fighting, Cameras, Surveillance & Intrusion Systems .. :
Electrical Installations & Maintenance, Panels Wiring, PLC and HMI troubleshooting.
Electronic maintenance, PCB layouts (using Proteus & ARES) soldering, Wiring.
Take care of all Asphalt Plant (Parker made) duties: Production electrical & mechanical issues and the periodic maintenance ( electrical and mechanical ) By leading a team of electricians, mechanics, operators and helpers.
Duties : Factory Team Leader, Head Maintenance & Operator, Responsible to keep Factory running, supervise a Team to maintain any issue ( ex: Mills, separators, kiln, sensors, motors & inverters .. Control panel problems).
The concentration in this major is about Industrial Informatics (Automation: PLC & Microcontroller Programming). I took the 1st place in my class, with 13.2 from 20 as a final average. We had made an innovation project which is a Handicap Wheelchair controlled by Human Voice Commands, special for handicaps who has Tetraplegia quadriplegic. Using the Microcontroller PIC18f4620 (Microprocessor HM2007, Joystick & LCD are included).
Good Honors: -1st rank in Lebanon in all 4 Practical subjects (including the Final Project) -4th rank in Lebanon by average. Study concentration was on : - PLC programming ( Ladder, List, Graph set) - Microcontroller Programming ( PIC from Micro chip and , 68000, 68HC11 from Motorola). - Pneumatics. - Networking.
The concentration was about : All Industrial Electrical Panels and Machines.
