- The company activity is in Trade & Contracting, I have been worked
with them for more than 10 years and have worked as asecretary,
and have remained to become an Office Manager of theChairman
and Directors, and then an Executive Secretary.
Recently, due to the economic conditions in most of the country, this
company was in great financial straits, through which they took out a
number of employees, including me, and they gave me some time to find
work.
- So I worked for them in the following activities and fields:
Sufficient skills acquired in good handling and processing of the
pressures of work for the president art office management and all
administrative and office work, including the correspondence of all
kinds, meetings (General Assembly & Board meetings), and the ability
and skill in the management of the principal's office, especially with the
presence of some of the obstacles and to discuss general problems and
problems of employees, customers and others with administrative staff
and good conduct during, and finding appropriate solutions for it.
- Maintain the confidentiality and accuracy performance of the work and
interests of the company and work first and foremost.
- Distribution of the organization and implementation of decisions issued
by the administration and management involvement in solving some of
the problems and implement business.
- Prepare correspondence of the company and follow-up, whether in
writing or electronically, as well as the preparation of tenders and offers
various correspondence and follow-up within the field of construction
such as real estate and land, condominiums, and their follow-up and
communication with law firms, consultants and chartered accountants ..

fighting trucks, excavators, equipment and special tools for test the soil,

- Arrange and prepare and follow-up meetings on the Council of
administration and general assemblies and the preparation of reports on
this, including minutes of meetings, invitations and agendas .. and the
possibility of some meetings chaired by the secretary of the Council after
the request or consent of the Administration so in order to work interest.
- Archiving business books and correspondence and regular electronic
files using the latest methods. Dealing with e of altered forms, and e-
mail - Correspondences and follow up with all government departments,
including the ministries and the implementation of some of its work in
writing and electronically.
- Fulfillment of purchases related to furniture, stationery and any
materials and tools required purchased with regard to business
requirements. Also worked in charge of the affairs of maintenance and
