Assists management and instructors in the preparation and delivery of training for various companies on a
contracted basis. Provide real-time verbal and written translation during course delivery.
• Previous courses include but are not limited to: Creative Thinking, Health & Safety Environment (HSE),
OSHA Standards, Hazardous Material (HAZMAT), Six Thinking Hats, Sense of Security for Law Enforcement,
Organizational Behavior, Communication Skills, Body Language, Self Defense Skills, Search & Seizures,
Police Reporting, Investigations Skills, Balanced Scorecard (BSC), and Time Management.
• Conducts Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to propose law enforcement & corporate security training
programs in accordance with customer requirements. Assisting in the development of tailored curriculum
that meets client needs.
• Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission -- specifically,
support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and
organizational planning.
• Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services (HR, IT and Finance), through
improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication between support and
business functions.
Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence.
• Invoicing to funding sources, including calculation of completed units of service.
Attending inbound calls, handling customer’s inquiries, and amending bookings.
• Request the services for the passengers (meals, seats, UMNR, Wheel Cheer, Medical cases).
• Handling passenger’s complaints in a constructive manner.
• Doing skywards services, Upgrades request.
• Tickets re-issuance (manual and rapid re-price).
• Assisting team leaders, Floor walking for the new staff.
• Excellent experience in using MARS, EasyMars and the Galileo/Amadeus systems.
* To contribute to the generation of revenue and service of customers by providing a high quality, fast, efficient and friendly customer service for reservations, ticketing, fares and telephone sales queries.
* To offer/sell all Emirates special products, promotional activities and special offers
* To convert calls and inquires to sales and constantly look for 'sales opportunities' when servicing customers through cross selling, up selling etc.
* To offer ongoing support to management in achieving Service Quality Level (SQL) targets.
* To be able to calculate fares by the application of currency regulations, using the normal published rates.
* To be able to project the ?EK image? at all times by being fully conversant with market and industry information.
*To liaise with hotels for passenger room reservations.
*To perform duties as assigned by Passenger Sales & Service Supervisor or Sales Manager.
