Setting the project plan’s requirements and deadlines
Dealing with the consultant engineer to make sure that the final clinic design and planning match with the DHA requirements and the clinic needs
Dealing with Dubai authorities (DHA, DM and DCD) to claim the initial approvals and initiate the project construction
Playing the Alpha role in the DHA regulatory process
Finding and handling all the contracting process required for the proper implementation of clinic setup (building contractor, IT contractor, MRI supplier, X-Ray contractor, signage and sign boards’ contractors…etc.)
