- Proactively contributing to the recruitment process by conducting interviews with prospective candidates and selecting based on skills, experience and ability to positively contribute to organizational goals
- Preparing and consolidating detailed, accurate and up to date daily, weekly, and monthly reports on temporary duty, leave and attendance of personnel

- Handling and resolving various questions from training program participants as a translator, providing information in a clear, articulate manner
