• Screen candidates’ profiles upon request in order to match job requirements with talent pool.
• Managing Labor Law Procedures, PRO Related (Emirates ID Processes, Visa stamping, LC, Renewals & Cancellations, Visa, Passport & Renewals) within Free-zone DMCC.
• Organize Training, monitor attendance and ensure a performance-based feedback from faculty.
• Identify, anticipate and prepare information requirements of CEO for meetings, appointments, presentations.
• Provide monthly reports to the Managing Director on the status of prioritized marketing and branding activities and company performance.
• Prioritize workflows based on communication from contractors, suppliers, vendors and line managers.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and interact professionally with all levels of Management, staff and clients.
• Optimize and streamline process of administrative office duties (i.e. DU and Palm Utilities).

• Attend to customer Queries or question about the hotel membership (price-facilities- location).
