- Contact the new Onboarding
- Send the Welcoming emails and collect all personal data.
- Create Personnel file S/H ware.
- Set note on the calendar by the new employee name with Joining date to HR Operations team.
- Start prepare the Onboarding materials begins before the employee’s first day. Request laptop, insurance
card and office arrangement, car and Business Cards. Prepare, Welcoming letter, Contract, Phone SIM cards
and Mobile device.
- Introducing HR Operations team members in each SA regions.
- HR Orientation for GE policies and system.
-Tour in the company building department.
- Measure new employee satisfaction during and at the end of the onboarding period.
*Letters
- Create employees Contracts for difference GE entities in Saudi Arabia.
- Monitor and issue the employee letter request such as (Affidavit for Receipt of Severance Pay and Final
Dues, Bank Commitment, Car drive authorization, English and Arabic Salary Certificate, Service Certificate
& Final Clearance and Visa letters)
- Update the letters tracker.
- Process all incoming and outgoing calls accurately and courteously.
- Daily printing reports through Opera system.
- Make reservations.
- Working with Microsoft Office, QEMS and Shomoos system.
- Provide guests with information on hotel facilities and services, local directions and security procedures,
etc..
- Promote team work and quality service through daily communications and coordination with other
departments.
- Be aware and prepare for all in-house group meetings and VIP arrivals.
