• responsible for the Department planning, strategizing and leasing of the current and future portfolio.
• Handle all the activities of a leasing function to ensure revenue goals are achieved.
• Lease all the vacant units according to defined retailer mix and target.
• Follow up the pending invoice and collect the amount from Landlord
• Review & create department SOP
• Preparer department forms (Templets )
• Follow up & solve tenant legal cases
• Responsible for all leasing functions includes reviewing, negotiating and timely processing of the lease agreements; applying for the Ejari; collecting security deposit.
• Prepare internal memo.
• Coordinating with the Land lords to recover the outstanding payment.
• Explain the terms of a lease, rental and period of payment to tenants.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on the status and performance of leasing activities
• Create work request for maintenance issue in Oracle system
• Close work orders in Oracle system
• Handle all Ejari system issues form the mistake of the rental officers
• Managing Daily Operations of the Area or Department - Managing day-to-day operations, ensuring the quality, standards and meeting the expectations of the customers on a daily basis.
• Supervising Associates - Supervising and managing associates. Managing all day-to-day operations. Understanding associate positions well enough to perform duties in associates' absence.
• Exceeding Customer Expectations - Providing services that are above and beyond for customer satisfaction and retention

• Prepare, update, and maintain all leasing reports/ records including tenant's profile, letters, tenancy contracts/ license agreements, daily correspondence, and proposals.
• Review the Vacancy report and present it to the management.
• Arrange and Review achievement of occupancy and revenue levels versus budgeted figures on a regular basis so to track performance.
• Create contracts through Ejari system and upload in NAV system.
• Create the tenancy contracts of shop, kiosk, parking and ATM.
• Uploading new buildings with shop in Ejari system.
• Solving ejari contract issue.
• Generating reports from Ejari system.
• Identify suitable prospective tenants and attend to walk-in and telephone enquiries.
• Monitor the Rent recovery in case of New Leases and renewals.
• Follow the outstanding amounts of Rent, service charge, Bounce Cheque and LPG Gas.
• Solve the day-to-day complaints from tenants pertaining to leasing/ operational matters and coordinating with other departments to resolve the problems.
• Responsible of Mall Facilities like (Security, Cleaning, Pest Control and landscaping).
• Relation with Gov Dept like ( Civil Defense, police, DM, DED and DEWA)
