 Launched the first e-commerce platform to grow online sales and increase “Betadine® portfolio” share of voice e.g. Alnahdi chain in KSA, Dawaya.com in Egypt, Souq.com in UAE. etc.
 Established Mundipharma data acquisition strategy for customers across the region and developing customer level data aiming for better personalized customer communication.
 Developed digital tools that ease the access of the sales team on ground to potential customers with low cost as well as expand their coverage to remote non-visited areas.
 Lunched Mundipharma portal “MundiphamraConnect” using the CMS system across with Self Service channels and provided content management solutions along with social media activation plan
 Built audio-video virtual hub for customers to keep them updated and engaged with imminent thought leaders
 Launching the first augmented reality application “Breathrite” helping Asthma patient manage their disease and enhance their compliance to the treatment
 Collaborated with Marketing/Medical team to launch “iShine” online project from Ophthalmologist.
 Launched accredited online educational program “ActonPain” for Oncologists & Hematologists.
 Use of gamification technique with involved stakeholders to enhance their learning about our products and our improve Mundipharma image and presence
