I have experience in planning, organizing and controlling the training activities, Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports for Ministry of Labor, and provide professional training courses.

Being an employee at APM terminals HR Team, I have been involved in to take the responsibility of overall training arrangements, Conducting company Induction & Familiarization training for all new recruits, organizing and developing training manuals, testing and evaluation procedures and other educational materials, prepares statistical reports to evaluate performance of instructors and monitor progress of trainees and generating highly professional reports upon management’s requests. And involved in all Human Resources department’s activities

Main Duets:
• Involved in planning, organizing and controlling the training activities of the company.
• Involved in training needs analysis and confer with managers and supervisors to determine training needs.
• Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual reports for Ministry of Labour and for internal use.
• Conducting company Induction & Familiarization training for all new recruits.
• Liaise with the Ministry of Labour when required.
• Coordinates with all departments to finalize the nominated attendees for the training courses.
• Maintain a good relation with all employees at all time.
• Update and communicate HR and training activities to the employees
• Co-ordination and implementation of all employee communications and committees.
• Involved in the compilation of data and analyses past and current year training requirements and future forecasts to prepare budgets and justify funds requested.
• Involved in organizing and developing training manuals, testing and evaluation procedures and other educational materials.
• Coordinates established training courses with technical and professional courses offered by community institute.
• Maintains records and prepares statistical reports to evaluate performance of instructors and monitor progress of trainees.
• Involved in all Human Resources department’s activities.
• Translating all documents of Job Descriptions, Circulars, Technical documents etc.
• Maintains files for the department appropriately.
• Performs other related activities as requested.
• Observe provisions of the labour regulations, relevant HSSE policy & procedures, terminal rules & procedures and contribute to the continual improvement process.

In this position I become responsible to manage overall training programs for all Middle East offices,
Main responsibilities:
• Coordinating the trainings for Huawei Bahrain Training Centre including :( Planning the training - Equipment arrangement - Apply visa - Booking hotel - Transportation arrangement - Training quality monitoring
• Issue Training reports and certificates
• Training centre management. Including: (Organizing everything related to working in the office. Organizing of meetings. All about the status of training of personal, equipment and maintenance)
• Handle the arrangements for Huawei customers Training.
