Job Description Pre-Sale Project Planning tasks include:
• Preparation of proposal documents; Provide input into proposal preparation, statements of work and specifications.
• Resource planning; frequent inter-organizational and outside customer contacts.

• Implementation planning; Defines and develops projects scope, objectives, detailed plans, budgets and metrics for large projects and/or portions of complex projects.

Post-Sale Project Planning tasks include :
• Leads large projects or portions of very complex programs; manage all implementation aspects of the projects from contract signature through to final acceptance by customers (typically for $1M - $40M projects).
• Maintenance of project correspondence, progress reports and documentation control.
• Project Execution; Prepare and manage the project implementation schedule to ensure milestones and deadlines are achieved. Day to day management of project logistics, activities and resources. • Change order and Risk management; Identifies and mitigates risks, develops and implements risk mitigation plans and recommends corrective actions and implement changes when required. May pursue contract variations, when appropriate.
• Project quality management; Identifies and manages projects’ enhancements and process improvements. Conducts project reviews through the life cycle of the project.
• Stakeholders Management; Responsible for direct communication and interface with customers / inter-organizational teams / stakeholders. Directs and coordinates the work activities of project team within the region. Procures internal and external resources and allocates project staff with required competencies to meet project objectives. Leads moderately-complex communications and/or negotiations with internal or external clients. Management of Motorola subcontractors.
