Role and Responsibilities:
Business Planning: • Develop tactical repositioning plan based on the market circumstances. Prepare a detailed business plan for not losing sight of company goals and objectives.
• Develop a situation analysis of the company including its strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats to assist in the development of a strategic plan for the future of the business.
• Develop midterm plan MTP for the new models including the needed advertising & incentive plan.
• Planning for the marketing activities to cope with the customers & the market needs including ATL (Above the Line) & BTL (Below the Line) activities.
• Follow up on planned marketing activities through weekly PDCA meetings.
• Secure sufficient financial resources for future development or expansion.
Sales Planning
• Yearly BP & Quarterly FCST planning for Sales Achievement per model/ Month.
• Monthly sales analysis (Retail & W/sales) vs. BP, last year, by model and sales channel (Showroom, Sub-dealers, Fleet, Gvt)
• Sales type data analysis (S/room, S/ dealers, Fleet, Gvt etc)
• Provide the Indenting Plan on Monthly basis through car flow update ( including wholesale, retail sales, Arrivals & shipment order within the parameter)
• Dealer Stock Management.
• Prepare regular reports for dealers' level of performance, accurate enough to help the preparation of corrective action plans.
• Ensure the delivery of all reports and data required from the dealers, and verify the accuracy of these reports.
• Coordinates with other departments within the company to solve dealers' problems to maintain their sales performance.
Other Responsibilities: • Managing DCS (Dealer Communication System) ( Introduction, Training and Implementation) which has a mechanism to support sales information exchange between the dealers and NSC with the following roles
• N-CAM (NSC competitive advantage map) follow up on the Action Plans setting and implementation.
