• Manage data for international shipments and provide support for many steps of the transportation process.
• Work with customs agents, warehouse staff, and shipping companies.
• Help with shipping, receiving, and record keeping for international transactions.
• Responsible for arranging and completing all associated paperwork which documents the nature of the goods being imported from abroad and they are legal
• Responsible for costing jobs and ensuring maximum profitability for the organization.
• Communicating with the supplier, the bank, the freight forwarder, and the broker to resolve any issues related to orders, shipments and payment
• Responsible for the movement of goods from another country, ensuring the transit and delivery is made on time.
• Checking bills received from the suppliers and follow up with transaction till the end.
