• Reviews the purchase order from the customer and make initial recommendation.
• Responsible for planning, studying, and collecting data to determine costs of business activity such as raw material purchases, inventory and labor. Analyzing data collected and recording results.
• Analyzing changes in product design, raw materials, manufacturing methods or services provided, to determine effects on cost
• Analyzing actual manufacturing costs and preparing periodic reports comparing standard costs to actual production costs.
• Recording cost information for use in controlling expenditures.
• Providing management with reports specifying and comparing factors affecting prices and profitability of products or services.
• Maintaining Cost Accounting System.
• Monthly closing of books and reconciliation of accounts, prepares monthly Income Statement and Balance Sheet.
• Conducts physical inventories and monitors cycle count program.
• Approves delivery of projects.
• Prepares invoices and ensures that a copy was send to the customer.
• Prepares statement of account and regularly follow-up payment.
• Daily report of A/R to, what was added and collected and adjustments if any, sales and order intakes to management.
• Reviews LC draft from customers and submits to head office for final approval.
• Posting of bank receipts, bank payments and matching with A/R and A/P.
• Bank reconciliation.
• Forecasting of monthly collection for cash flow purposes.
• Prepares payment (through cheques and bank transfers) to suppliers.
• Posting of vouchers of account payables notes payable, journal entries for all types of adjustments.
• Prepares documents and information to External Auditors to complete yearly audit.
• Any other responsibility if assigned.
