Position Service Planning Executive
Currently working as a Service Planning Executive with Ghabbour Auto, where my main responsibilities are coordinate with engineers all over Egypt, for the service centers, Service camps for 2Wheelers & 3Wheelers, assisting the company with marketing planning and implementation.
* Open new service centers for the company dealers as per the company guidelines
* Providing all the needed equipment's and special tools to the main dealers.
* understanding of clients marketing objectives including their Return On Investment (ROI) objectives
* Brand awareness through service camps for motorcycles and 3 wheelers.
* Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets.
* Challenging any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy, through the car mobile service
* Gaining a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements.
* Making accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations.
* Attending team meeting and sharing best practice with colleagues.
* Responsible for the 2W & 3W warranty and failure technical report.
* Representing their company at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations.
* Gathering market and customer information.

* Responding to incoming email and phone enquiries.

Position Sales Executive

* Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale.
* Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business.
* Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales.
* Negotiating on price, costs, delivery and specifications with buyers and managers.
* Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions.
* Creating detailed proposal documents, often as part of a formal bidding process which is largely dictated by the prospective customer.
* Liaising with suppliers to check the progress of existing orders.
* Checking the quantities of goods on display and in stock.
* Recording sales and order information and sending copies to the sales office, or entering figures into a computer system.

* Take orders from guests and beverage orders from servers.

* Prepare garnishes for drinks and replenish snacks for bar patrons.
* Maintains bottles and glasses in an attractive and functional manner to support efficient drink preparation and promotion of beverages.
* Clear and reset tables in bar area.
* Present drink menus, make specific recommendations and answer questions regarding beverages.
* Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the bar including counters, sinks, utensils, shelves and storage areas.
* Receive and serve food orders to guests seated at the bar.
* Report all equipment problems and bar maintenance issues to bar supervisor.
* Assist the restocking and replenishment of bar inventory and supplies.
* Thank guests for their visit and invite them to return.
* Attends all scheduled employee meetings and brings suggestions for improvement.
