1. Source and place mid to senior level professionals across industries (retail, engineering, FMCG, banking, finance, semi-governmental institution). Successfully placed a candidate within the first month of joining the company.
2. Manage, create and organize candidates' data base.
3. Research and analyze different companies in order to contact potential candidates and clients (business leads)
4. Network with UAE nationals for Emiratization requirements - was invited to participate in a job fair at a local university representing the company and was given an award for our collaboration
5. Liaise with clients (management level) to coordinate interviews and documentation required for candidate's placement
6. Arrange meetings with candidates to brief them regarding existing position and client's requirement - responsible for booking conference rooms in a timely manner
7. Enter and maintain data up to date in Salesforce
8. Keep management informed about status regarding any existing requirement
9. Represent the company in different events
10. Provided multiple social media initiatives to attract more clients and candidates.

While I was focusing on finishing my career I also had the opportunity to do two internships in important human resources companies in Ecuador. I was able to learn about different recruitment processes,interviews, market research, job description manuals, planning and development for the HR department, among other things. I also worked in the U.S.A for four months and for an American company in Ecuador.
