Clinical and Counselling Psychologist (private practice / remote working activity with English/Italian native speaker clients) - Counselling sessions oriented to adolescents, young adults and adult clients suffering from anxiety and mood disorders, eating problems, sleep issues, and stress-related health conditions (Pisa, Italy).
I deliver one-on-one psychological interventions composed of existential psychology techniques, cognitive-behavioural and metacognitive protocols, relaxing and stress reducing methods (Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy; Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Therapy).
I also organize evaluation plans which include functional diagnosis, psychometric testing and implementation of medical treatment programs in patients with: Irritable Bowel Syndrome, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Chronic Pain Syndrome, Psychosomatic complaints stress related.

investigation procedures); counselling interventions delivered to people who were suffering from
alcohol and drug addiction. I deepened the knowledge of the most common diagnostic and
counselling techniques involved in taking charge of patients with addiction problems and dual
diagnosis.
Planned and managed an
educational project for a vocational training course oriented to people with cognitive impairment
(Paim Cooperativa Sociale, Pisa, Italy).
(Postgraduate internship) - Planned and
implemented health psychology projects (on drug addiction and sex education) oriented to High
school students in the city of Lucca - SIDUCEF, Lucca, Italy.
