-Collaborate with SCM and SCDM teams to improve workflows and enhance
reporting accuracy.

- Taking charge of the thorough and precise preparation of import
documents, including bills of lading, invoices, and shipping schedules.
- Maintaining effective communication with suppliers, carriers, and customs authorities.
- Identifying and resolving documentation discrepancies to avoid shipment delay.
-Organizing and maintaining import-related records for reference and Auditing.
- Handling customs declarations, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Training new joiners and supervising their tasks.
