• Responsible for the operation (switching/isolation); troubleshooting and maintenance: Low Voltage System (400 VAC Distribution System); Medium Voltage (33 KV and 11 KV Distribution System) and High Voltage (220KV GIS system) electrical equipment including Compressed air system and Port Ship Unloading Plant.
Carry out shift work to effectively operate and maintain electrical plant assets in order to achieve a safe and efficient maintenance operation while ensuring plant operational parameters are within required limits.
Uses Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) software to provide status reports and documents for maintenance on equipment, assets and property of the Plant.
Leads, assessment and issuance of "permit to work" and other permit system to contractor and plant personnel for the safety and completion of work.
Participate on commissioning, combined test and start-up of AC to DC High Current Substation Rectifier. (1650 VDC, 103KA System) (ABB PEC Controller and Allen- Bradley)
Participate on pre-operational and commissioning of 220KV Gas Insulated Switchgear and 33KV Power Distribution System.
Contribute on writing documentation on commissioning and switching procedure for the smelter plant on Low Voltage System and Medium Voltage System.
Contribute on writing and reviewing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Task list on electrical and instrumentation equipment’s on the plant.
Contribute on Failure Modes, Effects and Criticality Analysis system (FMEA / FMECA) that affects Key Performance Issue (KPI) of electrical equipment on Plant.
Responsible for the maintenance, monitoring and troubleshooting of electrical equipment's and illumination on the AC to DC High Current Substation Rectifier and Electrical Switch gear
Carry-out preventive maintenance and electrical testing on Regulating and Rectifier Transformer, On-Load and Off Load Tap Changer, Diode Cubicle and Cooling System.
Uses Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) software to provide status reports and documents for maintenance on equipment, assets and property of the Plant.
Carry-out testing and calibration of all instruments and protection relays
Provide oil sampling, testing and analysis for HV and MV transformer, High voltage Cable box and Tap changer.
Responsible for the maintenance, monitoring and troubleshooting of electrical equipment and illumination on the following process plant/area: Green Mill, Baking Kilns and Fume Treatment Plants.
Carry-out preventive maintenance and trouble-shooting on 380-660 VAC Motor Control Centers Electrical System with its protection system, AC and DC Motors controlled by Variable Frequency Drive or Direct Current Drives, sequenced and controlled by Programmable Logic Control (PLC), Sensors, and instruments.
Provide suggestions and implementations for improvement of electrical control and designs of parts of machine
Responsible for set-up; maintenance, troubleshooting and repair automated machines, Electro-Pneumatic equipment controlled, sequenced by Programmable Logic Control (PLC), Sensors and others.
Provide suggestions and implementation for the improvement and designs of parts of Automated Machines.
Supervisory of Technicians and operators on adherence on ISO quality / EHS standards and Total Productive maintenance system.
Responsible for maintenance, preparation and repair of all kinds of Jigs used in Assembly, Sub-Assembly and Test Print of Different Models of Ink Jet Printers.
Responsible for documentation tracking, repair and calibration of all kinds of Tools and Electrical/Electronic Testers.
Leads and contribute for the improvement and implementation of the line production.
Participate in preparation; design and estimate including drawings for 115 KV, 1600 A Substation Cable Laying.
