I am responsible all concerns are discussed and settled, in performing my task as a Business Development Coordinator, in technical and financial aspect of the proposal. and ensures all documents are completed as per requirement and standard.
As document controller, I maintain the flow of documents and the upkeep of important information. Provides an auditable trail of incoming and outgoing documentation on projects assigned to the project group using the company procedures and systems, both manually and/or electronically. Tasks would include uploading / downloading, copying and printing of incoming and outgoing project documents and drawings. Archives and files manual and electronic documents. And recently trained new document controllers to align in our current system.
Started in October 2006, handles the bid preparation for the Technical Proposal Tenders. Ensures the authentication of documents, updates the team of the progress of the preparation, assists/handles daily meeting and maintain good communication with the group. Keep track of the clarifications and ensures all communications are disseminated to responsible person.
Prepare project work breakdown structures and schedule baselines. Integrating subcontract schedules with project master schedules. Resource and cost load, integrates costs and cost estimates with schedules. Recommending solutions or recovery plans to delays or schedule impact. Analyzing variances in cost and schedule performance against plans. Responsible for understanding the entire Code of Conduct and complying with its requirements.
As a Senior Planner in Production Planning and Control Department, an Internal/Export Production Planner/coordinator of Telecommunication Devices and Equipment considering the basic 4M (Manpower / Machine / Method / Material), maintaining a balanced schedule using 4M in meeting and satisfy customer's demand. Initiates and maintains a 'service provider' working relationship with operational personnel. Work closely with business unit receivers and requestors, vendors and accounts payable.

Internship in San Miguel Corporation in Research and Development Department and completed the 80 hours required in year 1996 before graduation.
