Transferred from London office to help set up and ensure smooth launch of the office in a new geographical area.
Researching and implementing new projects for future development of the new office including the introduction of new products.
Leading and developing a team of sales traders through the whole employee life cycle. Monitoring performance through reviews, 1:1’s and appraisals to ensure that individual, team and department targets are met.
Executing trades on behalf of clients on their accounts including working large market orders in the underlying market and liaising with the quoting desk to ensure the exposure of the company is protected.

• Working in a company that offers CFD’s, Spread Betting and Stockbroking. Here I lead a team of 7 sales traders through the whole employee life cycle - recruitment and selection, training and performance management.
• Handling escalated queries and disputes from clients, team members and other departments, to be dealt with in line with the company’s standards.
• Monitoring performance through reviews, 1:1’s and appraisals to ensure that individual, team and department targets are met.
• Liaising and building relationships both with clients and internally with colleagues in local and global offices.
• Being involved in various projects within the business gives an insight to how the business works as a whole and the department fits in to this.
