Responsible for insurance broker sales, business development, renewal terms, administration and compliance.
Acting as the head point of contact and effectively liaising between clients, medical insurance providers and internal team members.
Exercising discretion whilst dealing with confidential documents including census lists, trade licenses and medical records.
Working to deadlines to ensure all paperwork is submitted on time.
Offering first class customer service - educating clients throughout the process, building and maintaining strong relationships and assisting clients with claims, etc.
Booking and conducting client meetings. Compiling minutes and distributing.
Office duties: handling and screening phone calls, managing email leads, putting together weekly reports.
Working to hit and exceed individual and team sales targets.
