• • Oversees the monitoring, repair, corrective and preventive maintenance of all facilities and equipment with regards to air, water and other environmental compliance of the province.

• Modified and expedited the maintenance and operation strategy of 26 medium voltage generator sets, 2 units sewage treatment plant, 1 unit water filtration system, HVAC system, pumps and motors for various facilities such as, waterworld sports complex, manmade lagoon, swimming pools, village resorts, convention center, wooden cabins and other buildings and offices inside Capitol Complex by educating and training of personnel for specific equipment with the respective manuals for repair, maintenance and operations thereby optimizing time and skills of personnel.
• Designated as Action Officer for the Ecological Solid Waste Management Program of the province. Designated as purchaser, canvasser and as Safety Officer of the department.
• Supervised the breakdowns, faultfinding and troubleshooting of malfunctioning electromechanical equipment and devices during power shortages to ensure customer’s and guest’s convenience and satisfaction.
• Oversaw the installation and commissioning of 3 units 500 KVA generator set and overhauling /repair of various medium voltage generator sets.
• Oversaw the scheduling and planning of preventive, corrective, predictive, breakdown maintenance and prioritizing and sequencing repair of electromechanical equipment and facilities in coordination with various departments involved to minimize equipment downtime.
• Oversaw the preparation of pertinent documents pertaining to team operations and facilitated the speedy process of the documents. Negotiated and liaised with contractors, parts suppliers and other outside service providers in favor for the province.
• Managed the Provincial Equipment Pool in the repair, maintenance and operations of construction heavy equipment (Road graders, bulldozers, backhoe, dumptrucks, road rollers, Loaders and other similar related equipment) and restructured manpower organization and office procedures for optimum quality performance.
• Oversaw the evaluation of defective equipment for major repair or for disposal and collect serviceable parts from the “for disposal category” and restructured minimal defects of spare parts to minimize wastage and increase supplies of replacement parts.
• Designed systematic workflows based on 6 Sigma and 5S methodologies. Developed equipment life cycle analysis to optimize parts and equipment utilization.
• Administered the preparation of annual budget and maintenance program for construction equipment operations, repair and preventive maintenance based on the modified CMMIS generated report, application of reliability centered maintenance and adapting life cycle engineering.
