• Applying and following the client contractual QHSE obligations, PSGS’s QHSE policy and procedures.
• Maintaining the integrity of the ISO Management Documentation System and standards of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 22000, & ISO 45000.
• Maintaining the integrity of documents for other standards like OHSAS 18001:2007
• Verifying that all breaches to CCP’s are corrected timeously
• Conducting daily walkabout HSE inspections and weekly HSE inspections of the whole camp (report to site manager and section head for corrective actions to be done)
• Monitoring housekeeping and Hygiene standards in Dining facility, laundry, accommodation and all camp areas
• Ensuring that Personal Hygiene standards are met.
• Ensuring that HSE Induction training is provided to all new staff, subcontractors and visitors
• Conducting TBT and staff training on Food Safety and HSE topics
• Regularly verify the integrity of the firefighting equipment/system and that the monthly inspections’ are done.
• Ensuring regular emergency response exercises and drills are conducted to ensure highest level of preparedness in case of an emergency
• Investigating root cause of all incident/accident and reports to the QHSE Manager and Site Manager
• Monitoring and verifying that CAPA to all incidents and accidents are fully and timeously done
• Highlighting and improving safety awareness levels among the employees, clients and visitors
• Providing a trend analysis of the customer complaints to show continual improvement
• Investigating the root cause of all the HSE complaints put forward by staff, clients and contractors and reporting to the QHSE Manager
• Reviewing and analyzing all Near Miss reports and make recommendations to remedy the situation
• Ensuring Safe Systems of Work and Risk assessments are available as required
• Ensuring PSGS Services and client journey management plans and vehicle safety policies are observed
• Responsible to all members of the company in their roles related to safety.
• Held daily TBT with personnel on-site, and conduct training and Induction as required.
• Defining and implementation of the HSSE Management System.
• Conduct Risk Assessments.
• Ensuring all statutory inspections/examination is carried out as required.
• Attend Client weekly project progress meetings on-site.
• Liaison closely with the COMPANY/SUBCONTRACTOR safety Advisers/Managers.
• Perform periodical HSSE audits and ensure Management is involved in safety inspection throughout the operation.
• Ensure that HSSE Audits and the relevant Corrective Actions are carried out.
• Ensure proper investigation of all Accidents, Incidents, and Near Misses that occur at the site.

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for all catering operational activities in the FLB and ensuring the daily good management of the location.
• Monthly Inventory with reported expiry date of all products.
• Supervise the preparation of all meals and ensure that menus established are being adhered to
• Ensure that all food and products are in conformity with the Company standards.
• Ensure that the housekeeping of the accommodation are be carried out in line with reviewed standards, everyday and whenever required.
• Carry out regular inspections of the accommodation, common areas, dining area, stores (dry and cold rooms) in order to ensure that cleaning and maintenance work have been carried out in accordance with Company and CLIENT rules.
• Supervise and take part to the training of staff, according to the rules of HSE, Food Hygiene and Safety, HACCP, etc.
• Ensure that meal sheets are duly signed daily
Responsibilities:
• Held daily toolbox talk with personnel on site.
• Daily report of activities on site to Nigeria brewery safety engineers on daily basis
• Conduct regular evacuation drill with contractors to ascertain their level of preparedness in case of emergency.
• Regular checking of safety equipment such as FIRE EXTINGUISHER, FIRST AID BOX, etc
• Enforce compliance on the use of PPE by contractors and visitors.
• Daily issuance of permit to work (PTW) and monitory.
• Ensure Medical Fitness of contractors and other work permit are obtained before work begins.
• Collate, analyze and submit daily, weekly and monthly HSE performance statistics reports
• Intervene and stop work to correct unsafe acts or conditions in our facilities
Responsibilities:
• Plan and organize monthly HSE meeting/daily toolbox talk with personnel on site and at base.
• Conduct fire drill and emergency response plan and record the possible outcome.
• Prepare journey management planning and scheduling for each movement to identify the routes hazards and control measures to minimize incidents and accidents.
• Serving as the first responder to and investigator of safety incidents and mishaps.
• Maintain accurate administrative records of any emergency drills carried out.
• Ensure fire fighting equipment are tracked for validity and recertification.
• Ensure proper waste disposal to promote cleanliness and hygiene in the workplace.
• Conduct pre-operational risk assessments on new sites and design risk mitigation measures.
• Intervene and stop work to correct unsafe acts or conditions in our facilities.
• Ensure that risks and hazards are identified and controlled measures put in place.

• Provide personnel/contractors with first aid in case of injury or illness.
• Ensure the facilities are fumigated based on planned schedules
