Review of project document including the scope of work, specifications,
value engineering, tender bulletins, bill of quantities, technical offer,
technical clarification, and list of deviation to the specification, list of
deviation to the scope of work.
• Attend all technical meetings with client, authorities, main contractor and
subcontractors, support project managers with the management of client
relations, expectations, presentations, and workshops.
• Provide technical assistance to design engineers, draftsmen and technical
staff.
• Provide support in design coordination with other design disciplines
• Produces detailed overall Staff / Draftsmen requirements for all the
projects.
Review of tender document including the scope of work, specifications,
value engineering, tender bulletins, bill of quantities, technical offer,
technical clarification, and list of deviation to the specification, list of
deviation to the scope of work.
• Attend all technical meetings with client and subcontractors.
• Review with the Design Engineer all shop drawing prepared and checked
by the design engineer.
• Provide technical assistance to other design engineers, drafters and
Electrical building services engineering, from concept design through to
construction issue.
• Make engineering calculation in connection with field and office
assignment.
• Prepare electrical drawings and circuit diagrams.
• Review of all MV/LV and Etisalat/Du Network shop drawings in
compliance with the international standards and as per the guidelines and
requirements of local authorities.
• Assisting proposal team for estimating construction and maintenance of
power generation projects and related electrical systems.
• Value Engineering: making modifications and recommending alternatives
on the electrical system as and when needed.
• Liaise with other project consultants and client representatives as
appropriated to the project.
