• Participate with the executive committee for setting up the company vision, mission, objectives and strategies.
• Maintain and update HR policies and procedures.
• Create and follow up the implementation of the Job descriptions.
• Test and conduct interviews for the candidates on the junior and senior levels.
• Assist the department’s managers in conducting the performance appraisals for the employees.
• Coordinate company activities such as Events, Dinner, Presentations..ect.
• Track and maintain all records ensuring that the hiring and training processes complies with the company policies and regulations.
• Perform employee orientation programs for newly hired employees and introduce them to the employment benefits, and notify employees on medical and compensation benefits.
• Manage, Implement and Follow up Company’s benefits and services including medical care, and allowances.
• Ensure the full implementation of the reporting system and flow of information between the different departments and top management.
• Participate in payroll and other statistical reports.
• Review, update and follow up on the publishing of the companies’ publications such as brochures, pamphlets, banners, giveaways, etc.
• Maintain and implement all training process.
• Manage and guide the outsourced administrative services such as housekeeping, Security, transportation, catering..ect.
• Do the job as a Manager of quality and safety and the environment until the appointment of this position.

Quality, Health, Safety and Environment
Generate and process procedures used in quality assurance system.
Generate and process Q&HSE Manual.
Generate the annual management review report and analyze the input and output.
Plan of internal audits and review reports and make decisions for improvement.
Participate in the formulation of objectives and master plans of the company.
Review and update each procedure at least once per year and revising as necessary.
Train of personnel in quality management.
Trace and analyze and follow up the Q&HSE preventive/corrective request (CAR).
Respond to customer complaints promptly and thoroughly by conducting an investigation of cause and developing appropriate corrective actions.
Monitor adherence to quality, safety and environment specification, regulation and enforce compliance to those specifications.
Generate and implement the project’s quality and safety plan.
Generate and process the emergency plan for the head office and project’s siteResponsible for monitor HSE management system.
Study and analyze the risk assessment for all company’s activities.
Coordinates weekly inspection audits.
Develop HSE work instruction and procedures to assist employees in performing work duties.
Provide awareness and assistance for the Q&HSE system using PowerPoint presentation.
Follow up the safety officers’ works in projects.
Inventory of laws, regulations, safety obligations and project’s contracts.
Provide personal protective equipment to all employees of the company.

Projects
Coordinate to access the new projects from different sources.
Inventory and distribute the new project’s documents to technical departments.
Study the general and special conditions of the project’s contracts and prepare a report about all requirements
Process projects in the final form to submit it.
Responsible for company registration in the Register record of external parties.
