• Handle the existing accounts & following up on their volume of business (collected commissions, value of executed shipments, paid premium etc ) to evaluate the exporters' position.
• Evaluate regularly the buyers (importers) performance to indicate active & inactive accounts.
• Review regularly the financial situation of the exporters to monitor any financial problems that might occur (outstanding balance, unpaid fees ) and inform the Operational & Financial departments accordingly.
• Grab new accounts (exporters) by offering the company services (Insurance, Factoring & Information reports) through visits, phone calls and attending exhibitions.
• Update clients with any procedures regarding commissions, fees and countries risks covered.
• Update the Operational & Financial departments with any Credit Limits modifications (increase or decrease) for some exporters.

• Handle the Edifactoring system with the relevant entries.
• Examine the documents submitted by the exporters (export shipping documents: invoices, bill of lading etc) for discounting.
• Register the invoices submitted for discounting on the FCI system.
• Prepare the financing approval for exporters.
• Follow up on the existing accounts in terms of executed shipments, premiums paid and profitability in order to determine the active & inactive accounts and inform the Marketing department accordingly.
• Handle some correspondences with the International Import & Export Factors according to the GRIF rules.
• Prepare the factoring activity report which is presented to the chairman on a monthly basis.
• Monitor the client payment and informing the EF/IF with the relevant details or overdues.

*Special Tasks:
• Study country's risks and credit evaluation for medium term Insurance purposes.
