- Develop and implement short and long-range marketing and sales plans to be updated every year.
- Prepare annual sales forecasts, achieve and exceed targets.
- Train and develop subordinates to ensure better performance and productivity.
- Prepare and administer a realistic departmental annual budget.
- Monitor market demand for innovative products and services in the water supply field and propose plans to meet them.
- Plan and administer the Company’s advertising and promotion activities.
- Prepare and submit periodical reports on departmental activities.
- Performs other related activities as requested by the CEO.
